Autumn Warmth of Fall Scents

What beautiful days we’ve had recently! Leaves are changing and disappearing as fast as they’re changing. The vibes of fall are here. Earth colors surrounds us—with gourds, pumpkins, corn, and hay—and haunting figures mingle with little people dressed for Halloween. Beyond this are the unpretentious browns and reds with fall leaves that decorate the earthly floor and color the inside of our homes as we wait for the giving of thanks.

This time of year inspires people to seek scents that are fall like—more spicy, with cinnamon, maybe clove—that remind us of warmth, family and gathering.

We have a large variety of fall type scents in our soap category.

There’s Pumpkin Spice made with real cooked pumpkin puree and scented with an essential oil blend of Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, and All Spice. A wonderful hostess gift too.

The Sugar N Spice soap scented with the essential oil blend of Sweet Orange, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Nutmeg, reminding us not everything spicy is sweet.

The Spicey Chef Soap that’s made with real Hershey’s chocolate and scented with essential oils of Rosemary and Cinnamon, everything you can find in your kitchen.

And of course A Soap of Thieves, blended with essential oils of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Leaf, Rosemary, and Eucalyptus, super boosted with anti-microbial power.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my husband’s favorite, Sweet Memories with essential oil blend of Sweet Orange, Clove, Cinnamon Leaf, and Nutmeg.

There are a couple more “fall” scented soaps in the spicy category and I would also check out the earthy woodsy scents too.

Our holiday soaps will be live on the website soon! They have finished curing and simply need to be labeled and wrapped.

Natural soaps are so much nicer on your skin than commercial soaps or body washes. As the air loses moisture during the fall, it doesn’t mean your skin has to too. Utah had a storm come through this past Thursday morning with snow at elevations above 6000 feet. My sweet cousin and I had planned to hike that morning and were determined regardless of weather. We came prepared for rain and cold but was surprised by the amount of snow. It turned into a spectacular day.
