Muscle Balm

It’s finally here! A Muscle Balm that is soothing and restoring for hard working muscles and joints!  This Balm was six months in the making to get just the right combination and percentages of healing herbs and oils that can sooth and restore muscles and joints that have put in overtime, whether hard at work or hard at play!  It’s scented with a delicious combination of essential oils that will enliven your senses as they aid in the recovery process of over worked muscles and joints. When applied you’ll feel a slight cooling sensation slowly followed by a warming sensation.

The warming sensation is brought on by capsaicin. Capsaicin is the active ingredient that provides heat in capsicum plants (pepper family). There’s actually a great deal of peer-reviewed research with capsaicin abating pain at the source. Additionally, as the balm is massaged over muscles and joints it deeply penetrates. Muscle Balm is free of dyes, mineral oil, parabens and phthalates.

Ingredients: Olive Oil, St. Johns Wort, Beeswax, Arnica, Chickweed, White Willow Bark, Chamomile, Calendula Oil, Essential Oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Clove, Ginger, Black Pepper, Wintergreen, Menthol, Vitamin E, Capsaicin.

Note: This balm provides heat that may feel strong in areas where nerve endings are more dense and skin is thinner, like the low back. If this is the case apply olive oil or coconut oil to the area prior to applying the balm. This will slow the absorption of the balm.
