Returns:  Our soaps are 100% guaranteed.  If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please notify us within 30 days of purchase with the reason why and we will promptly refund your money (product must be returned to Soap Essential).  After 30 days returns are not accepted.

Shipping & Handling:  One of my biggest gripes as a consumer is paying ridiculous handling charges and excessive shipping fees.  It is my promise to you that shipping costs will be exactly what we pay to ship and not a dime more.  We ship USPS.  If you wish to expedite an order, priority mail flat rate will be used.
