About Our Soaps
We use the cold-processed method for soap making, therefore all soap bars cure for a minimum of six weeks before being packaged and labeled. This ensures a long-lasting and hard bar. We do not use lard, tallow (beef fat) or any other kind of animal fat to make our soaps. All soaps are plant based except the goats milk soap (Queen of the Nile), Spa Salt Soap Bars (they have tussah silk made by silkworms), and any soaps with honey (Oat & Honey, Black Magic, and Scrubby Bar). Vegan lifestyles omit honey from their diet (or use in products) because honey is a product made from living creatures.
Soaps are scented with a variety of essential oil combinations. No fragrance oils taint our soaps because they are skin irritants, toxic, and hormone disruptors. We use a variety of different colorants from natural clays, powders, spices, and skin safe micas. We do not use Lake colors, dyes or FD&C colors because they are irritants to the skin.
Our premium soaps, Fitness Soaps, are each uniquely formulated and made with premium and luxurious ingredients and are larger bars.
As with all our products, we manufacture in small batches for consistency and effectiveness.
